Hello here, You would not have to be sorry for the cold email if you hadn't sent it in the first place. I don't think I want my website to produce more leads. It ranks in the top 10 results on Google for “naln1” which is all I need. My entire audience – gay meow-meows on the interwebz x3 – does know I exist online. I'm not quite sure I believe you, but sure. I don't need any more traffic nor leads, and my budget is $0. I am not interested. Do not mail me again, or else I'll bill you for the storage & bandwidth costs your prior & future emails incur.
